David Wu – Incident Report

We built a professional website for David Wu, which included a recommendation for a managed security maintenance package, which he declined. One year later, his SSL certificate expired because he failed to renew it manually. When visitors to his site started receiving “Not Secure” warnings, he claimed we had hacked his site. We have provided him with the necessary steps to renew the certificate, but he refuses to act and continues to send defamatory messages to our team.
