Elena Vance contracted us for a full email server migration. The project was completed successfully, and we provided her with instructions on how to manage her own billing cycle for the new host. A few months later, Elena failed to update her credit card on file with the hosting provider, causing her hosting account to be suspended for non-payment. She is now accusing us of deleting her data, and the situation has escalated into abusive emails and harassment of our support staff.
