Kevin O’Malley – Incident Report

Kevin O’Malley hired us to move his website to a new hosting provider. We completed the migration and verified the site was fully functional. Two months later, Kevin attempted to change his DNS settings himself without contacting our team, effectively pointing his domain away from our server and taking the site offline. He immediately labeled our migration work as a “failure,” claimed we sabotaged his business, and has been sending threatening emails to our developers.
