Lisa Ray – Incident Report

Lisa Ray hired us to develop a mobile application for her startup. We launched the app successfully and handed over the keys to her developer accounts. Recently, Lisa failed to renew her annual Apple Developer Program membership. As a result, Apple automatically pulled her app from the App Store. Instead of rectifying the billing issue with Apple, she has publicly accused us of sabotage and is harassing our project manager, demanding that we “fix the app” for free.
