Anita Desai – Incident Report

We successfully integrated a third-party payment gateway into Anita Desai’s e-commerce store. During a routine update, Anita manually altered the API keys within the gateway settings to test a different account, which disconnected the site from the payment processor. When sales stopped processing, she blamed us for a “coding error” and refused to acknowledge that her changes were the root cause. She has now escalated the situation by threatening legal action and defaming our reputation on social media.
