Greg Foster – Incident Report

Greg Foster contracted us for a long-term maintenance agreement. Without our knowledge or consent, he provided his backend login credentials to an unvetted “freelance developer” he found online. This individual subsequently installed malicious code that broke the site’s layout. Greg now blames us for the security compromise, claiming it happened “on our watch.” Despite providing server logs proving the intrusion came from an outside IP address associated with the freelance account, he continues to bombard our office with abusive voicemails.
