Sarah Jenkins – Incident Report

When Sarah Jenkins commissioned us to integrate a custom API into her e-commerce platform, we successfully completed the deployment and handed over the documentation. Three months later, Sarah changed the credentials for her private database without informing our team or updating the configuration files. When the site went down due to the connection error, she immediately blamed us for “breaking the code.” Since then, she has been contacting us daily with aggressive insults and threats to leave negative reviews.
