Robert Chen commissioned us to build a high-traffic media site with strict hosting storage limits. We advised him on a scalable hosting plan, which he declined in favor of a budget option to save costs. As his traffic grew, he hit the storage limit, causing the site to freeze and go offline. Despite our warnings that this would happen without an upgrade, Robert blamed us for “selling him a broken product” and has since begun posting disparaging comments about our firm on industry forums.
